Alexandre Neves Lemos Esteves is from the city of Piraí-RJ and is from Resende at heart. As a child, he was the winner of a drawing contest by the Department of Roads and Roads (DER), with a study called “A Criança e a Estrada”. He studied plastic arts from the age of 12 in Barra do Piraí and Resende, in the latter city at the Instituto de Belas e Artes (IBA), a place for teaching various arts, which unfortunately no longer exists. In his youth he was a student of the painter André Meurer, incorporating a taste for academic art and the theme of landscapes. He participated in several exhibitions throughout Brazil, with works sold in Paraná, Rondônia, Pará, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Since 2017, he has been perfecting his technique with various studies. Oil painting on canvas is her passion.
